As The Yoga OT, I’m on a mission to Make Yoga Accessible for families and individuals who desire to create a yoga habit, practice meditation and mindfulness, live the modern yogi lifestyle, and explore their senses.

My own personal yoga practice has enriched my life in immeasurable ways. I also teach yoga and use it in my practice as a pediatric occupational therapist working with children with sensory differences.
